✨ meet maddie ✨

HI I’m Maddie and unlike agencies who post and ghost, I dive headfirst into your brand, obsess over the details, and care as much about your growth as you do. I’ve been creating content since Windows Movie Maker and online long enough to know what works (and what should stay in drafts.)

My approach blends creative storytelling with data-driven strategy, all wrapped up in systems that keep campaigns seamless and effective. I make sure every moving piece works together, as good content without strategy is just noise.

I built my career through genuine connection, showing up consistently, and caring deeply about the brands I work with. That foundation is still the backbone of my business today.

  • chronically online

  • virgo (if there isn’t a spreadsheet, I’ll make one)

  • built an agency before my frontal lobe fully developed

  • a “get 💩 done” attitude

  • probably too emotionally invested in my clients’ success

  • loves an espresso martini

rapid fire facts:

my life story (that no one asked for):

  • I’d enter Total Girl Magazine competitions and win, ALL. THE. TIME! Simply because I learnt the hack of copywriting - those “25 words or less” questions had nothing on me. My entrepreneurial inclination started here too… I’d use my mum’s eBay account to sell on my winnings (pocket money was pocket money-ing)

  • I dropped out of high-school and still made it to university, for a double degree in business and communication (spoiler alert: I dropped out of uni too). I landed a marketing internship at the iconic Australian company, Sanitarium managing socials like UP&GO and Weet-Bix! After a year and a half I gained a lot of insight and skills in the field, became the face of the TikTok, and consumed one too many UP&GO’s.

  • I packed my bags and moved interstate for a full-time marketing job at Fortress. Working in the video games industry was something I was/still am, so proud of! I was running the social media channels, executing projects, the whole lot - and the knowledge accrued in these 18 months was massive.

  • I bittersweetly departed the role that moved me to Melbourne to start my own venture into freelancing and self-employment, specialising in all things social media. I was TERRIFIED trading stability for possibility, the 9-5 for the 24/7. I networked my butt off, I made mistakes and I learned quickly. I learned how to advocate for myself, how to build strong boundaries, how to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, and how to nurture relationships that go beyond transactions.

  • I hit the two-year mark running my own business, and what a ride it’s been. Managing multiple clients, juggling overlapping campaigns, hiring and working with contractors, and building amazing client relationships. I hit a point where scaling felt inevitable, and the business was on the brink of something huge… but instead of doubling down on expansion, I decided to chase a different kind of growth: adventure! ✈️

I’m now taking my skills on the road, travelling Europe (and potentially making London home for a while), exploring freelance and remote opportunities along the way. It’s a new chapter, but it’s full of the same energy, drive, and obsession with helping brands shine. I’m still fiercely committed to creating, strategising, and growing businesses - just now from anywhere in the world.
