From Jan 2025 to May 2026 I took over full content creation and social media management, helping evolve the brand’s online presence into something more community-driven, engaging, and consistent across platforms.

Over the 18 months working together, I managed the brand’s Meta and TikTok, end-to-end leading strategy, content ideation, filming, editing, copywriting, community engagement and management. Through regular content shoots and trend-led storytelling, we focused on showcasing new flavours, behind-the-scenes moments, and playful content that resonated with the brand’s audience.

The results were significant: over 130,000 new followers, 75 million video views, and achieved over 4 million engagements across content.

I also led several marketing activations designed to deepen the community aspect. One being a run club collab, encouraging Melbourne-based run clubs to apply. I led the application process, both owned and cross-promotional marketing, contractor hiring and on-the-day schedule resulting in a successful activation blending positive community engagement, social content, and brand experience in a way that felt authentic and highly shareable.

Throughout the partnership, I also supported pop-up event marketing at local markets, influencer and UGC collaborations, giveaways, seasonal campaigns, and marketing for the second store location opening (bringing the biggest queue you’ve ever seen on Acland Street!)
