Client Overview

February 2025 - January 2026

Over nearly a year working together, I managed and grew the studio’s social media presence, increasing Instagram from 1.6K to 6K followers and generating over 1.6 million views, while TikTok grew from 4.8K to 8.5K followers with more than 3.3 million views across content.

Before I came on board, the studio had been producing highly polished, professional video content; however, engagement was limited. The strategy shifted towards a more entertaining, trend-led approach, combining viral audio trends, vox pop content, and personality-driven videos featuring the artists themselves. This helped bring more relatability and energy to the brand while still showcasing the quality of their tattoo work.

I also supported the planning and on-the-day execution of a tattoo flash day, managing marketing rollout, running giveaways throughout the event, creating post-event feedback forms, and capturing content on the day. The activation was a strong success, with all artists booked out from open to close!
