Yo Way Frozen Yogurt is a rebrand of the original Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, repositioning the business into a more modern, playful, and visually cohesive franchise experience.

I worked on the brand through its full transition, supporting the rebrand from the ground up including social media direction, content strategy, photoshoot production, and early-stage branding across both social platforms and web.

From launch, I built Yo Way’s digital presence entirely from scratch, growing the Instagram from 0 to 4,000+ followers and achieving 2,000+ follower growth on TikTok, with multiple videos reaching viral traction through a mix of trend-based content and engaging, personality-led pieces-to-camera.

Alongside organic content creation and social media management, I also supported the broader franchise group, LPI Group, which oversees multiple franchise businesses. I led a systems overhaul by building a fully structured Monday.com workspace to centralise communication and operations. This replaced fragmented email-based communication and introduced automated workflows, improving efficiency and streamlining franchise-wide coordination and processes.

Through both the brand relaunch and backend systems work, the focus was on creating a stronger digital presence for Yo Way while also improving operational structure across the wider franchise network.
